Popsail process orders 7/12 (9am - 21pm). Orders will be processed within N+1 days from the date of your ordering and shipped on the next day after the finishing processing in our warehouse output. Please note although the order can be processed all the week, shipping must be processed in work day (Monday to Friday).

United States: You can expect your package to arrive in 7-15 working days normally except for some special period.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, you may be required to update the collection information again, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance(for some special order).
Your local customs office may require additional documents(sales proforma invoice, sales contract and packing list) if you purchased more than 5pcs. You will be required to provide the correct email address, our service team will send you the document during as soon as you put the wholesale order to us.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
